It's now been three years since BRILL opened, and our third store will soon open. Every day, I feel joy and the speed of time passing by. Our EC team has been involved with BRILL since it opened. We understand and sense the director's thoughts and desires. This is the most important part of our work. We then interpret it in our own way and communicate it through EC. Of course, if the director says, "That's not right!", we correct it. What's important here is "love." "Love for the brand." And even more importantly, "smiles."
