Styling by Scene | Team BRILL Sessions
The recent YouTube video of "Tsubota Asami x Director Izumi" styling for different scenes was a big hit. What did you think? This time, to compete with that, or rather, it's not really a competition, but the project started with two people from Team BRILL headquarters saying, "We should try it too?" While filming, we were making comments like, "No, there's no place to go, but no, we're not going..." and we stirred our imaginations and somehow managed to make it into a shape. I'm not sure if it's okay to blog this, though... And, let me come right out and say that I'm in super skin beauty mode! It looks completely different from usual! Please bear with me if you think that. We're working our bodies out, lol.
①Where to?: Travel to Korea

③Styling reasons:It's a day to fully enjoy eating, walking, and shopping, so I decided to put together an outfit that was warm, easy to move in, and still looked a little neat. A loose knit was balanced with skinny jeans and long boots. I also had a cashmere stole draped over my shoulders so I could wrap it around myself or throw it on quickly.

③Styling reasons:I basically live in my car, so I don't need a thick outer layer. And short length is a must. It has to be comfortable and easy to move around in. Why heels? It all depends on my mood lol.

③Styling reasons:I plan to get takeout from my favorite nearby bakery and relax in the park. I brought a warm scarf with me so I could throw it on quickly. The top is a soft-colored knit that gives a relaxed feel, and my feet are warm and easy to walk in mouton boots. Even on days when I want to relax, matching the colors all around helps me avoid looking too casual.

There's actually a very deep story behind this styling. "This outfit... looks familiar, doesn't it?" Then our director suddenly switched on and said, "I know it! I know it! An actor with a look like this! So funny lol," and started barraging us with actors from trendy dramas from the Showa or Heisei eras. We were working seriously, but the director had his memory drawer fully open and was running wild and laughing. Well, even though there was such a story behind it, he wore it seriously. lol
①Where to?:An Italian restaurant I've been interested in for a while
②With whom?: A group of three female friends from their school days. They love good food and wine and get together regularly.
③Styling reasons:This time, the dinner party was a combination of a Christmas party and a year-end party. I wore a lace cami and a cardigan with gold buttons to subtly create a holiday feel ♡ Since we always spend time talking, eating, and drinking at these parties (lol), I wanted to keep the top half of my body looking neat and tidy, while wearing denim for ease of movement. It's a style that's just the right balance for a relaxed and enjoyable look.

③Styling reasons:I don't go to pretentious places to begin with, so I choose to go to a place like this where I feel a little pretentious. I enjoy the feeling of being out of place lol.

What did you think? Putting aside the fact that the images have strong highlights... I'm sure the scenes, who I'm with, and the reasons for the styling are all pretty much the same as always. I hope you enjoy this kind of project every once in a while to kill some time.
