It didn't have to happen, but it finally did. It's the season when material desires collapse. I recently did some photography for the items released in March, and to be honest, this spring's BRILL collection is amazing. I feel like I say this every time, but this collection is once again packed with things that will tickle the hearts of adults. There was a flurry of excitement on set, with people saying things like, "I want this as soon as possible!" and "This combination is so cute!" Why is it so much fun to fantasize about what to buy and how to wear it just before the seasons change? I'd like to introduce some of the new March items that I'm in love with, with some styling tips.
Is it possible that something that's too pretty is boring? A lace dress with a work-style coverall. The perfect balance is created precisely because two completely different personalities clash. Enjoy this comfortable sense of incongruity. That's BRILL's stance. Or at least, I think so. I wouldn't wear a slightly sweet lace dress or a work-style coverall as is. This slight incongruity is just too stylish.

A loose, menswear-inspired cotton-linen knit paired with a feminine layered skirt. This contradictory combination is the BRILL style.
