Produced by Harada Asako, the pure shaved ice "FIG MISO" will be available as a seasonal menu item only available in September.

Condensed milk based
Finished with a syrup made from seasonal figs carefully sautéed in butter and a miso cream with an addictive umami and saltiness.
We have created shaved ice with a Japanese feel.
The cream is reminiscent of mitarashi and salted caramel, and the deep sweetness of figs.
The texture of the walnuts hidden inside also adds to the enjoyable change in flavor from start to finish.
