Pure shaved ice produced by Asako Harada will be on sale until October 13th.

-SHAVE ICE "FIG MISO" was a huge hit in September-

Condensed milk based
Finished with a syrup made from seasonal figs carefully sautéed in butter and a miso cream with an addictive umami and saltiness.
We have created shaved ice with a Japanese feel.
The cream is reminiscent of mitarashi and salted caramel, and the deep sweetness of figs.
The texture of the walnuts hidden inside also adds to the enjoyable change in flavor from start to finish.
Please enjoy this surprising combination.

Fluffy shaved pure ice topped with plenty of cafe au lait syrup made from VIBdIN's proud dark roasted coffee.
It is also luxuriously topped with sweet bean paste, almond praline cream, and rum raisins.
You can enjoy the changes in texture and flavor until the very end.
