The Sassara series, featuring a mesh made from "sasa washi" (bamboo grass) derived from kumazasa (bamboo grass), has been updated with new styles. VIBdIN “SHAVE ICE” for April | Late April
VIBdIN, a cafe located in the NEWoMan Shinjuku store. ChaosFrom late April, Vibdyne Chaos will be selling shaved ice made with pure ice, produced by the "Queen of Shaved Ice," Asako Harada, for a limited time.
First up, the SHAVE ICE [CAFE AU LAIT]! Fluffy shaved ice is topped with plenty of café au lait syrup made with VIBdIN's signature dark roast coffee, and then generously garnished with strained bean paste, almond praline cream, and rum raisins. You can enjoy the changing textures and flavors until the very last bite.
