This is a one-of-a-kind piece that has been painstakingly crafted to be extravagantly luxurious.

The clothes were painstakingly created by a group of professionals, including brand directors, designers, and pattern makers.

We will be introducing a carefully selected selection of items that could truly be called works of art on our blog every month!

The first one is...
We've picked out the "Khadi-Like" series, a must-have for hot summer days.

The "Khadi-Like" series is a popular series every year from Karen Soroj's summer collection.

The designer traveled to India and the inspiration and hints he picked up there gave this piece its shape.

Combining functionality and design, this series is perfect for those of us who want to stay stylish even in the hot and humid season.

The first thing I would like to introduce is the light and cool texture of the material.

Very fine and delicate Indian cotton is characterized by its thin texture and light weight.

Khadi refers to fabric that is "handwoven" from yarn that is "hand-spun" on a traditional Indian spinning wheel (charkha), but the fabric used this time is "machine-spun" and "handwoven."

That's why we named it "Khadi-like."

The key point is that by using machine spinning instead of hand spinning, the fabric has a neat and beautiful look without being too casual.

Furthermore, because it is hand-woven, gaps are created between the fibers, allowing it to contain a lot of air, resulting in a smooth feel, excellent breathability, moisture absorption, and quick-drying properties, making it an Indian cotton full of great features.

There are two designs: a shirt and a blouse.
Each one has a completely different impression, and you can enjoy styling them in a variety of ways.

Taking advantage of the natural transparency of the "Khadi-like" fabric, the design allows for a light feel without clinging to the body. The sleeves are dolman sleeves, which keep you cool and create a stylish look even when rolled up.

This blouse was inspired by the Indian women who wore shawls and cape-like dresses that covered their arms. In keeping with Karen Soroj's style, it has a beautiful silhouette that looks beautiful from any angle.

The rainy season has finally begun in many places, and Okinawa is said to have ended its rainy season earlier than ever before, marking the start of midsummer.
Even in the hot and humid weather, you can be unsure of how to style your outfit depending on the situation and weather, such as the temperature difference between morning and evening, protection from the sun, and air conditioning. With a Khadi-like top, you're sure to be able to enjoy fashion!

How was the first session?
I hope to continue to talk about various things, including some more niche information, such as the behind-the-scenes details and attention to detail that go into making Karen Soroj's clothes, which you can't learn just by looking at the products on the online store or in stores.

The next update is scheduled for late August.
I hope you'll look forward to it ♡
