I recently went on a trip to Taiwan.
The douhua (bean flour) I was looking forward to was filled with chewy yam balls and tapioca, and its gentle sweetness was soothing to the soul.
Guava and bright red dragon fruit were readily available in the city, making this a holiday where we thoroughly enjoyed Taiwanese food ♡
