Launched in the spring/summer 2018 season, this is fashion director Ayuko Hamanaka's own brand. To wear Uhr, to wear time. To wear clothes is to wear time. At the start of the day, we check the temperature, where we're going, and who we'll be meeting before choosing our clothes. We choose our clothes while thinking of something or someone. In this way, there are various relationships between "time" and "clothes" in our daily lives, and there are always clothes that bring back memories. They change and deepen with time. Uhr hopes to become a presence that is remembered at the various "times" in our lives.
