VIBdIN Chaos Introducing the September seasonal menu "FIG MISO" of pure shaved ice
ChaosVIBdIN, a cafe attached to the New Man Shinjuku store ChaosSHAVE ICE "FIG MISO" will be available as a seasonal menu item only in September, featuring pure shaved ice produced by Asako Harada, who is popular at Vibdain Chaos.
This shaved ice with a Japanese feel is made with a base of condensed milk, a syrup made from seasonal figs that have been carefully sauteed in butter, and a miso cream with an addictive umami and saltiness.
The cream is reminiscent of mitarashi and salted caramel, the deep sweetness of figs, and the texture of walnuts hidden inside, making for a fun changing flavor experience from start to finish.
Please enjoy this surprising combination.
Along with the standard "CAFE AU LAIT" shaved ice, this "FIG MISO" shaved ice will be available until Monday, October 13th.
