Regarding unauthorized access to our server
We confirmed that a server managed and operated by our company was subject to unauthorized access by a third party on January 18, 2023. After confirming the incident, we immediately took measures such as shutting down the network to prevent the damage from spreading, and reported the incident to the relevant authorities.
At this time, no leaks of information about customers, employees, or business partners have been confirmed. Due to the suspension of our logistics system, our online store ".ST" is currently closed.
We are currently working with external specialist organizations to identify the extent of the impact, investigate the cause and route of the impact, and carry out recovery work, but it is expected that it will take some time before the system is restored.
If any important matters that require disclosure arise or become known in the future, we will promptly announce them on our corporate website or other means.
