Element Rule Co., Ltd. is a new company established as part of the Adastria Group to develop a high-sensitivity market zone that was not previously under its umbrella. In 2024, we celebrated our eighth year since launching the company. We have sought a strategy, orientation, and management method that differs from Adastria, which focuses on casual fashion brands, and have increased the number of brands and stores. As we have done so, we have launched two independently established brands,ChaosとCurensologyachieved its goal one year ahead of schedule and became independent.

I was appointed president of Element Rule from Adastria, and in about a month I visited all 63 stores nationwide and had one-on-one meetings with key members. During that time, I felt that our members had a very strong sense of commitment to authenticity and providing high-quality service, and that each of them worked with confidence.
