Changing jobs to a brand I loved shopping at
I worked at a select shop for about 14 years after graduating. When I was thinking about my career and wanted to try a different environment, my former boss, who had already changed jobs, said to me, "ChaosI was told several times, "You can have fun working here," and "Why don't you give it a try?"ChaosI am also a fan of their clothes and often shop there. I also like the fact that they offer high-quality products for my age.ChaosI was a little worried, but I decided to change jobs. I joined the company as a store manager, but because I had been transferred many times in my previous job and there were many veteran staff members, I was able to quickly adapt to the new environment.

We want our customers and staff to feel happy

As these products are not in a price range that people can easily buy, many people have trouble deciding what to buy.Chaos"I started shopping there and people around me started complimenting me. Respect others and work as a team
I place importance on respecting staff members as individuals, rather than as superiors and subordinates. The managerial training I took after joining the company taught me to respond logically and helped me organize my thoughts. As a store manager, my role is to set and manage sales targets and strategies for acquiring customers, but we are only able to achieve these targets thanks to the hard work of our staff at the store. It's truly gratifying to see results come from working together as a team.

Don't rely solely on the quality of the product
ChaosIt's been five years since the brand's debut, and the number of brand fans and customers is gradually increasing, but the quality of the products alone is not enough to satisfy customers. When we serve our customers, we give serious thought to how to care for the products they purchase so that they can be worn for a longer period of time, how they can be mixed and matched, and how to suggest styles that will satisfy them. It is our role to add value to the appeal of the products. We believe that our customer service and suggestions are put to the test precisely because our products are truly good. When we watch our store staff, we can sense their incredible enthusiasm, and I believe they can speak highly of the products because they themselves understand their quality. When we watch our customers serving in the store, we feel that their enthusiasm is transmitted to our customers.
Members who are passionate about the brand
The brand director explains and shares the background and story of the products at the headquarters, which is very educational.Chaosis a brand with a friendly atmosphere, with stores and headquarters located close to each other. The director and other members of the headquarters are passionate about the brand, and it creates a very homey atmosphere.
A fun and growing environment
